yeah go to a university and ask around art students. from personal experience though i´ve learnt that there isn´t realy anyone left interested in lifedrawing, claysculpting and such things outside of the CG community.
Yeah, this seems to be a product for enthuasiasts or professionals that would otherwise have to buy the even more expensive (http://pro.sony.com/bbsc/ssr/cat-monitors/cat-oledmonitors/product-BVME250A/) OLED displays from sony.
They're only showing it in it's dubbed form over here... which makes me sad. Since it's animation they're treating it like a kids movie. So I won't be watching this soon, dubbing is a mortal sin.
You can bake everything except materials from highpoly (tangent normals from hp is possible, as is vertex color). For your error, maybe try switching engine to DirectX10? If you're on SSE it might be because of that.
I never really played the first one. I was more a die-hard SS2 fan, but I downloaded the short demo they made and checked it out. Super awesome. I'll probably back after payday.
Month-to-month leases are also an option. I rented a condo(that i believe was attempting to be sold?) with a month-to-month lease when i was in San Diego. Thats probably the best option if you can find it.
I wouldn't be surprised if ram and the ssd pci things where the only upgrades you could do yourself. Obviously a 3.5 in harddrive would not fit in that thing, they should release a hot swappable hdd bay with it.
Son-Of-A! I missed this thread and would love to save these images to my inspiration folders based on the responses. Please do show us where we can see other images of your guns dude.
I'm not liking your font. I found them distracting and annoying. Consider using cleaner font, san serif, keep them small and out of the way. Or remove them entirely. Example https://grassetti.wordpress.com/
Shit, son. Looks cool. Looks real cool. I just wished it seemed more like a video game trailer than a glimpse into our inevitable future. Also, Blast Corps was fucking awesome!
