Remember to hold shift when you save the Gif. This will bake the background into each frame. Otherwise when you open it up in photoshop the back ground may be interpolated and transparent in some frames. This tends to be more of an issue for ingame captures, rather then turntable captures.

Are you saying the particle show up in the editor fine when playing the matinee sequence, but when recording they won't show? This is a long shot, but try moving your ON keys for your particle tracks off of frame 0. Nudge it forward in time a few frames.
Thanks for pointing those out. The marks on the inner panels are a result of splitting the inner frames into 9 sections and recombining them so that I can make the frame scalable without distorting the profile. They didn't show up until I did the 4k render.
