this is pretty awesome... i can imagine people making tileable floor/wall assets etc. and selling them for $20 each... small price to charge in a way, but when 20 people buy it (let's face it, not at all unlikely a figure) you've made $280.

Running Win7 Professional 64-bit on a rig with a 3.4ghz Core 2 Quad, 8GB of DDR2 RAM and a GTX 285 2GB VRAM model. It's awesome, plain and simple. The Aero interface doesn't play nice with 3ds Max 2008, so I have it switched off for now.

yeah it looks good but when you get some different lighting in there i think you'll get some better crit, and mess with the material too so it shows off the details as well as possible with some nice specular highlights. looks damn solid though man. as for the render in mental ray, there's a few things. for me, personally,…
