MattQ86 I believe .fbx is what Autodesk is trying to do to unify the applications. I don't think it would be financially sound for autodesk to merge the apps, 3 pay cheques are better than one.
I personally don't care whether its a new IP, sequel or episodic update as long as it's a fun game. I'm not speaking for Epic as a whole either, this is likewise merely my own opinion r.
[ QUOTE ] i've often wondered where did brocks head go when venom opened up his mouth like that [/ QUOTE ] He actually merges with the symbiont, that is his head. I'm such a dork.
I merged your new topic back into your existing one, as this provides context for answers. Plus it avoids forum clutter which members appreciate. Anyhow, do you have references for how you would like the scenery to look?
Hi. It is not clear from this angle but from the bake result, I would say that the polygon causing issue is not planar. First, try to triangulate it from the very top or the opposite way. But the best would be probable to merge the two points and leave a triangle
@Jerc thx! Just noticed though, it seems to be a problem with normal maps in general, not only splatter filter. I'm working with OpenGl, and the shadows should come from opposite side if I am not mistaken...isn't red channel also inverted?
Selling a crappy game to gameplay inexperienced kids is not a sign of brilliance, its merely taking advantage of fresh bodies for money. Making money and good game design are not required to be correlated. Otherwise Angry birds would be the best game of all time.
Hey guys, Decided to start posting here too, wasn't 2D and 3D WAYWO merged in the old days? Anyway, here's a finished fan-art I made of Divinity: Original sin (all characters and designs belong to Larian Studios)
http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?t=156118 Hito, I would have moved your post myself, but the forum merges posts in chronological order, so your post would have been first. Just repost in the new thread
@DerRazputin Greetings! Love the final piece dude! Amazing job! May I know how you were able to merge the head and the body and removing the neck seam of your mesh? Would really love to know how you did it.
