The inside bottom of an old fishing boat is a disgustingly dirty place, rotten dried fish guts, oil patches, bilge water, etc. Would be nice to see this in your boat. Also I'd put rust stains on the back inside panel, where the motor used to be latched on. I'd say develop the story for this asset. -

The floor with tiles is not the most common way but to fit the tiles diagonal is maybe to much unique architecture. The pillars are good but the clipping in the arc is heavy. Maybe dont make the tiles this high the same with the beams which are tiled to. The ceiling is to dark. It looks like raw concrete without paint.… -

About the drawcalls: It seems a bit high for just one building. That's because all the pieces as individually placed static meshes. I got around that using blueprint to spawn an array of hierarchical instanced meshes. You can then set it so you can adjust the pieces placement and spacing in parameters. This way, it only… -
