Zbrush is 2.5D tool that is used for sculpting ( I think, thats what I did last time I tried it), I havent really gone in to details to create an image and NormalI, DiffI (Diffuse), Where as, I did that in Mapzone and implimented to one of my "deleted fool arounds" in 3ds max. Please don't think I'm copping out of doing better lighting, I will get to that, but first all the meshes need proper diffuse textures, at the moment most of the meshes in the scene just have their AO map as their diffuse texture, so they are almost completely white, making lighting the scene in this state very deceptive.… -

I normally don't comment on texture res for folio work but, 4K maps are extremely overkill. 2048 maps on a pistol have more pixels displayed in FPV then a 1080p screen allows. At most, pistols, even 'next-gen' ones will use a 1024x2048, because their size is so small the screen can't display the pixel density of a 2048. I… -
