Playing around with pose and rigging. Made a cape from marvelous designer, but prob sure I won't be able to use it. Sword is just a place holder till I can retopo and texture it.
Looks really good, I especially like the lighting and your attention to detail in the Armour and gore. My only crit would be that the damage notches in the swords look a little to uniformly spaced out.
Are you sure I haven't seen something like this from you before? That long sword really helps to make him look more sinister and stretched because they are both so thin.
This is a sword that I made. I'm asking for honest commentary about this piece. I used Maya to model the high and low poly, baked in Substance Painter, textured in Photoshop and SP, rendered in Unreal.
long time no posting. I worked last a lot of time with procreate, sketching and studying stuff. I did some 3D modeling meanwhile. Sword was designed by Carson Lei for an artstation challenge.
I really like your assassins creed inspired character, just enough subtle detail. Although the hilt of the sword could use something a bit more. Keep up the awesome work!
I hope this is the right place to ask. I'm having trouble with normals generated on the beveled edge of my sword: They have this "stepped" effect rather than being smooth. This shows on the model too:
She already has a 10 year shield and 5 year sword hanging over her desk, pretty quick considering she's only been there a week! Seriously though, well deserved.
Hi! Here is some new stuff. I always wanted to make a cute girl without any guns and swords:) I've used new Marmoset 2 and it's awesome. Hope you like it!
