I'm no expert myself but "low poly" and "13 317 polygons" don't really go well together aswell. Are you sure about that count? Looks like thats your high poly count, which is meaningless here since I assume you only used that actual highpoly to bake maps But that's just a small side note.
Hey! Glad my tip helped. Another way to make the smooth curved ramp shape... start with a Helix instead of an Arc. http://help.autodesk.com/view/3DSMAX/2017/ENU/?guid=GUID-3720DC32-7B9E-4C4C-A709-B3EF12C1112D And you can use the Rendering rollout in the Helix to make it into a rectangular-shaped mesh. Well, I have to apologize for this one. I only remember to post here today, I really suck at environment. I guess I'll just create another project. I finished this last October 2017. I will create a new one, to show my improvements! cheers! Here is the link of the finished product: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/vPryx
Unfortunately, I've run out of time to complete this narrative submission, so my thoughts on Teemo will have to wait for another time! I did manage to finish my environment piece though, which you can check out here: http://polycount.com/discussion/193937/riot-creative-contest-2017-environment-art-peter-burroughs#latest
Finally figured out a Modo > Maya > Zbrush pipeline. 1. Bake Geometry, copy to new file, save as FBX. 2. Open in Maya, Export as FBX 2016/2017 file. 3. Open ZBrush, export through ZPlugin > FBX Export Import. Make sure you delete duplicate subtools before applying materials.

Also, please remember to say thanks to Baldur for these classic and still…
