I don't even see an option to input a password. I can add polycount to the server browser, but instead of prompting for a password upon connecting, it just refuses connection.
Eh, I tried it earlier with results as I'd have expected (using Max 14 and the 2014 FBX). But prompted by your reply I just tried it with Max'17 and their newer FBX exporter and yup - it transfers colors-by-face alright. Awesome!
Yea I think during the export everything thing gets compressed you usually get a prompt on what marmoset can support in your exported viewer. In terms of compressing it, I would leave to marmoset it does a good job IMO.
thanks for prompt reply! i would like to ask what happens to AO map if i choose to have only albedo, spec, gloss and normal map? will it be baked into those four textures or do i have to do it manually? thanks!
Hey everyone, Turns out this density/resolution ratio in the prompt was wrong. It should actually be 1024px/meter. Much easier to manage. Thanks for helping me make sense of it nonetheless!
I am interested with program Mudbox, I so much heard about it. Prompt places where it is possible to esteem about it would be excellent if gave a link on a trial the version =) P.S: sorry my stupid english=)
In order to upgrade from 4.0 to 4.1 I had to install the x86 version as well of 4.0 even from a raw install. Otherwise it said there was an error installing "quick and dirty". Never even got a prompt for auto-update on either x86 or x64
Thanks for the prompt reply! Yea the impression I have gathered so far is that Wacom seems to be the most preferred. Couple of questions, the advantages of using a tablet for zbrush is pretty obvious, but how is it utilised in a modelling program like max? Camera control or? Cheers!
I can't do much than this, since we experience the very same issues that your facing with 3dsMax. We are in the same boat. 3dsMax2012-2014 are experiments. Maybe try "msconfig" in the Run command-prompt and remove any unnecessary underlying programs.
assuming your graph output size isn't set to something stupid this is probably one for Adobe support. I haven't had this sort of problem (using it since 2013) on any of my machines (both intel and amd, with nvidia gpu and integrated amd gpu ) and none of my team have reported anything the forums are awful compared to when…
