I'm not up to date on how Valve imports your textures, does it take the PSD directly or do you save to another format first? Can you show a screenshot of the PSD layers?

If the PS3 didn't have CELL that might be close to the truth, but it does so claiming the Ouya has the same grunt as a PS3 is folly. And a lot of the games won't be free, they will be 'freemium'. Different kettle of fish altogether.
That's not true entirely true. As far as I know we've been having problems with the polycount on PS3. Where the PS3 appears to be good with shaders, xbox360 is way better at handling higher loads of geometry on the screen.
