I agree^. Maybe try for something like this? i feel like the sky is the limit with this kind of design direction. Spice it up with a little silver trim and bam!
Hi there :) nice work, you might want to clean up the sculpt for the rock texture though, maybe flatten it out with the trim smooth border brush or claypolish it.,
The way I would do that is bake all the maps from the high poly object to the flat plane, and then texture the plane after baking. This process is called making "Trim Sheets".
"B - M - F " to get the malletfast brush in zb4. In R2 you have to access it through lightbox. I'd also recommend the trim dynamic brush, that thing is the cat's meow.
Small update, have not got much time outside of the everyday grind to work as much as I would of liked. However I started detailing in the windows and adding the wood trim.
I like it. (The texture pack above.) The saturated grass is really good, don't change that. Is that wood? I think a trim of some sort is needed along the sides. Top is fine.
I've been reading and re-reading and looking at your diagrams, and I still don't understand what the underlying issue is. If the only difference between A and B is the existence of the side trim, then:
Looking good, I like the suit colors. Would be kinda cool to have some red trimming or highlights or something somewhere to balance out all the red on her head. :)
It's fully intentional since . Don't really like the design though. When I think Lord of Terror I don't really imagine a catwalk strut and trim feminine waist.
