I really loved the C Head, since its a mummy and the flesh decomposed, would be cool to mix some flesh and skull, but taking the lore fantasy of Lol and see if fit and it doesnt look to much "gore". By all means, people should stick to what they like, even if that means never going beyond their childhood comic book fantasies that probably got them into art in the first place. If these artists don't mind being regarded as perpetual 14-year-olds, more power to them. c: -

Definitely tough to get used to.. I'm getting better, but still not good enough to love it yet. The art is hit and miss, mostly miss though . The VFX are absolutely horrendous for the most part. Pretty sad for a fantasy game that relies heavily on FX. Oh well, I'm still playing it. -

Good luck on the job hunt!!! I like the first scene it makes me think of Final Fantasy XV. :D I think the reel flows pretty well, its interesting and its motivating me to work harder because my reel is no where near as good as yours. haha -

The Powerball is drawn every couple days, so not much time for fantasies. I'm pretty confident that I won't win, but I subscribe to the "can't win if you don't enter". The odds are better, once you own a ticket Not to mention, there are other possible payouts, if you get most of the numbers -

Cool - digging the effective simplicity of the rendering. It has a bit of an Adi Granov feel, nice ! I think the background design is fine, but indeed the color composition would need some work... I am sure you'll be able to find great color refs by looking at screencaps of fantasy movies. -

Just to give you guys an idea, here's the past 2 years. The fantasy one was mostly matte painting, except for the dragon, castle, and spear/banner, which were 3d. For the scifi one I just snuck out of bounds in the Arcorp level in Star Citizen and took some screenshots.
