The high poly mesh is done! I might add a bit more detail to the wood in mudbox or possibly model the roof tiles, but apart from that I'm calling the high rez done. Time to get onto the hard part.. The textures..

Man, I tried the 2nd place one, the art was okay, but it was impossible to tell blocks apart (or much of anything in the inventory/chests) Yours is far more functional, usability should have been a bigger part of the judging process. :poly118:

Looking good. I'm guessing the intention of the Lakos was to be very straight like that, but if not I think it could use a little boost in it's front silhouette, such as the back legs being further apart than the front, and the tentacle parts in relation to the rest of the body.
Act of God is the legal term for natural events (usually disasters). I think its a part of Force Majeure along with war, riot etc. To make it really clear it has nothing to do with god as such apart from its name.
