If you wanna automate it you could use the backup function in vista/win7 and point the backupfiles to your Dropbox-folder and set it to backup every... Nth hour,day,month. It's pretty smart and does crc-checks or something on the files so if nothing have changed it will not overwrite what has already been backed up etc.…
