Not sure of Chinese print services, but I can print stl's and obj's zbrush. I'm in Australia though, and I only have a top down DLP printer at present. Happy to take a look and give an idea of price if you want though.
You can try flipping the normals on those red shells. So they turn blue instead of red. Also, ensure that you have the correct normal settings on your obj export options. I've ran into similar problems like this before.
I don't think that's the problem. The smoothing groups are all set to thier individual islands on the maps, and the smoothing groups are apart of the .Obj I'm using in Xnormal. I will take a look at that link though and hopefully find some new info there. Thanks.
yes mud is able to display transparency... just paint a opacity map for the whiskers... it wont work with an alpha channel... and for the body delete the opacity map in the paint layer channel... i would import the mesh as .obj file and import the textures by hand...
I would just export the mesh an obj then reimport it. Its a bug of some sort, I have tried everyhting in the past to fix this issue, only thing that seemed to work is rebuiilding those affected faces or the first fix I mentioned
Can you export these in other formats, like OBJ? It'd be great to design and test layouts in this, and then export them and fancy them up for other engines after you know it works. Also, wish we had something like this for Source.
ok so i think the problem was my exported mesh not having the correct normal since i exported it from blender fbx so i exported it to maya as a obj and exported it to udk as an fbx so here is a test to see if it work
I'd try checking the normals on the low poly and resetting them. Also exporting and importing as obj may work. Also do you have Max 2.5 Star and supersampling enabled? Just curious if you're using Mental ray or scanline.

Thanks all for comment :) Cube Republic - Tree modeling in zbrush, then I used guruware ivy plugin in max for creeper vines, deactivating the leaves. Finally export high poly obj, I did the low poly version and bake in xnormal.
