That's how Zbrush baked the maps Thanez said: idk but I had to flip it vertically and it somehow matched the lowest subdivision, but it looked still horrbily

Err, this error is pretty self-explained already :| the cage you use must have the same topology/amount of vertices as the low poly mesh

This is a t-vertex: You can turn on t-vert checking by going to the top left of your active viewport, clicking [+] --> xView --> T-vertices.

Is that vertical stretching (Pinkish near the top) because you have UVs occupying the same space? I would check that if you haven't already.

With this smooth of a surface, you don't really need a normal map. Just add a few more vertices if needed, and adjust the vertex normals if needed.
