If you open that layer group, and click on an individual layer underneath, does it still not show the menu on mouseover? If you use, say, the Marquee tool, and turn that selection into a new normal layer, does the menu appear then?
There are a couple of plugins that makes layer management in blender easier and extends the UI, just google for blender layer plugin and you will find something. But I don't get how my post was related to the layers in Blender.
Thanks for the help guys kartoon, when you say 2-4 layers are you talking about the brick layers? Or the layers in the base/top of the pillar? EDIT: nevermind, I understand what your saying
@Shayumi Maybe she is going commando XD. Seriously you made realised that I forget to change some layer placement. Skin layer goes under the panties layer XD. Thanks will make the adjustment.
It's not hard to extract PNG alpha in Photoshop. Layers menu, Layer Mask, From Transparency. The alpha will be extracted from the RGB, and the alpha is converted into a layer mask. Still though, I find sometimes the RGB is destroyed, unrecoverable.
Well I wanted to use Mudbox's ability to sculpt on a layer and then erase/mask out sculpted areas on that layer. Can Zbrush do this? Can't see a way to erase detail on a single layer and not affect other detail.
I would like constructive cricitism on my recent sculpt. First I'll explain the process of my modeling in hopes that people can give feedback there too (like if I've done a certain step inefficiently) The character I sculpted is from Re:Zero Regulus Corneas. The main reference image and the pose I followed is here. However…
Hey man, I don't know if you've fixed this or not, but this usually happens when your layer is hidden when you use Zapplink. Make sure all the layers you want to link are visible in the layers palette.
