Work horse! Keep em coming. Hands and feet are my favourite parts, if you hide the rest of the body and turn on Local Transforms under the Transform palette they are a lot easier to manage.
What's the scale bug everyone is talking about? I've never had a problem with scaling when going between 3.5 and Softimage (an obj with local coordinates, would always match up :/ ).
Last year it was teams of up to 3 people and you can form a team however you like. Be it word of mouth, a thread, posting an ad in your local paper, whatever really.
Couldn't you move the object (in a group, if you want to preserve the transformation) so the local y axis that you've shown in the picture lines up with a grid line, then snap to the grid lines?
Thanks Kwramm, this is totally new for me! I know of a few people at the company but I think they were all local hires - I'm sure they'll have some recommendations though. :)
I'd be interested in seeing the averages localized per region, or at least put these averages in a set region so we can use a cost of living calculator to define our own region.
Just go to a local grocery/drug store and get a pair of cheap cotton gloves. The crap that costs like 99c. Cut out the fingers (except the pinky) and you're good to go.
