I really dig that you went with a more beaked design for the dragon's mouths as opposed to a more crocodile kind of look. It makes them more unique. I always felt like hypothetically, dragons could have been an offshoot of winged dinosaurs evolving into birds and they might have serrated beaks as a result. :)
Your dinosaur is walking on its tip toes at the moment, you might want to have a look at the Hubgroup's lift parameters inside CATmotion and offset it downwards so the dinosaur is walking on its whole foot, also play with the curvature of the lift to get a better sense of weight and avoid the floating walk feeling...
I'd say the wood looks ok, its more the metal (?) around it that kills it. Is it metal? It almost has the texture of concrete as well as huge scratch. I'd make the scratches smaller as now, it looks like it was slashed by a giant sword or paws from a dinosaur :poly121: I would re-work a bit the color of it too, would help…
