I need to select a polygon by its name (Polygon 123). I've been having an issue with baking in xnormal and have narrowed down the problem to that face. I've never had to get a polygon by its number so I don't have a clue how it's done in max Thanks!
your right, but the gloss maps are grey scale. so instead saving them out uniquely you can store them in the alpha channel of an other map for example the normal. diffuse and normal maps resolution ranged between 521 and 2k the average being 1024.

Hi guys! I'm using maya 2011 and I still can't seem to get my mesh to show. I'm using dDo 5.3. I've tried triangulating my mesh but it doesn't seem to work for me. Any maya users there that have found a solution for this? :)
