still wip. 506 tris, 128 texture. Need sleep. -_- I have another iteration that's more stylised, but with way too much junk in the trunk for a runner. :p [edit]shot from silo, hence the godawful texture filtering[/edit]
WIP of a Jeep I'm working on. Don't have any/many vehicles in my folio, so I decided to do something up over the next day or so. Got a long ways to go yet before the HP is done, and then begins the low...
WIP of the fast purple ship, planning on either taking it into zbrush and using hard surface tools for the high poly, or try and learn how to do super clean hard surface like so many of you guys do, in maya... On the fence atm.
here's my current exercise in patience. i gave myself time till the end of the month to finish the sculpt so i am posting the wip here to motivate myself to get some progress on. plenty of things need adding/changing. must.not.waste.more.time.on.the.mountainbike :)
looks pretty cool daniel :D keep it up offtopic: 17th birthday today ~! WOO here's the scene i'm working on (still very wip as you can seee. god rays were ps'd until i add them for reals later
Jasp, Ariel: awesome stuff guys some sculpting wip, post apocalyptic survior/punk type of character. concepting at this point. most of the stuff sculpted will be modeled separately and properly, just trying to get some ideas flowing before i commit to anything
Wow great work everyone. Love your wip frankenstein monster, crazyfool, remember frankenstein is doctor that created him. :P Update on my princess leia project. I'm leaving on monday for a military exercise for a week, so won't be able to work on it for a week. :/
I recently started using Maya more often instead of 3DS Max, my current project in Maya is a WW2 Colt 1911, I have just started creating the normals in Photoshop... (Screenshot of WIP below) any criticism would be helpful thanks!
HI! Thanks! The texture size is 2048*1024 and the tri count is 4224 tris. Here's a wireframe shot. the texture is still wip, but here is a peak at the difuse. Of course, the spec and gloss are way important as well. Spug: that tom cruise looks awesome! Very recognizable!
Nick Carver - Love those drawings! keizza - Those black and whites look good on my screen. I like the bottom left one the best :D. Concept to 3d (Changed some things during the transition from 2d to 3d and still WIP!)
