This is amazing, and exactly what I'm trying to do. Model in 3ds Max, paint in Quixel and set up in UE4. Unfortunately, Quixel is a bit confusing with everything that's need. All the baking and whathaveyou. Did you bake most of your textures using a normal then edited it with n2o/ddo?
goatSQVIDD: Looks amazing. Well, here is something I am trying to finish before I leave for the holidays. Any feedback or critique is greatly appreciated. Cross post from my thread below: http://polycount.com/discussion/180552/ue4-environment-neon-murder-wip#latest
Been working on programming an action rpg/rts hybrid in my spare time using UE4's blueprints and decided to take a break and make some basic environment art for it over the weekend: Now to replace the placeholder knights with a better placeholder knight? Bah characters are my kryptonite
Did a new speed environment video and will have it uploaded later tonight. Took about 10 hours to make spread over the course of like 2 weeks. Uncharted 3 inspired desert pass rendered in UE4. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=syNTP9c-_ts&feature=youtu.be
Working on a stylized dock scene. First time putting my stuff in Unity as i normally use UE4. (oversize image disabled by moderator, original here: https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-Zmn9UXG3vak/V6Lpmq2N0yI/AAAAAAAABC8/sq3ug-aWcz8a2Ru-AZOcE5hsKb36ZEh3gCL0B/w1597-h812-no/2016-08-04.png)
hey guys poting my latest project here its spaceship interior. Built in UE4 textured with quixel wanted to build something in doom, UT style (oversize image removed by moderator, original here: https://us.v-cdn.net/5021068/uploads/editor/mu/7widbo1p97f5.jpg)
Fun environment for practice. Been wanting to get more acquainted with UE4. Modeling and texturing by me, FX and some decals borrowed from the Epic Reflections demo with some minor tweaks. Thanks to all the folks at Epic for providing great demos and assets to learn from! Video and pics: Artstation
I created a realistic "low-fi" sci-fi space station enviornment using UE4. The style I am aiming for is a art style that blends Interstellar, Alien, and Portal together. Critiques are openly welcome and very appreciated! :) - I plan on re-editing the project and reposting the final here and on Artstation!
New UE4 game I'm working on: Hopefully I get this off the ground! Some experiments with randomly generated spline deformation animation: Click the links for the gifs http://i.imgur.com/mPkxUcR.gif http://i.imgur.com/gTERLvL.gif Also works nicely to quickly create non animated asset variation, random or by hand.
Hey Guys Check out this ship I've been working on. Tried to keep it as modular as possible. One 4k texture, and about 5 greeble modules for the details. Will most likely try out some more environments. Thread for more images http://polycount.com/discussion/177349/ue4-research-ship#latest
