Thanks Satoshi :: Ysalex :) ...beautiful shotgun!! About 1/3 is kitbashed. I layout out the initial form with kit pieces then wrap forms around and fill holes. it takes a while ...a little here and there when I have time. the hardest part is keeping the design language similar. At the moment I am trying to reduce detail.
Ajay and Ravenslayer, both looking great :D I started a Kelthuzad... then saw the new WoW cinematic, so was getting orc vibes (hence those orc sketches), worked into one of them during my lunch and ended up with this... I now want to do a full orc character :3 They're to cool :D
OK this is the final thing I am posting related to Taric, I promise. =3 Threw him into Unreal 4 real quick for fun. Wanted to see what the normals and lighting would look like. Found out I should have pushed the sculpt on the cloak way more. Hope everyone had a happy holidays. =)
This thread is amazeballs! : ] Hold on to your hats! Environment dude doing character art! I started blocking out Auriel from Diablo 3, I'm kinda on a D3 fanart streak :P I wanted to do something outside of my comfort zone so I went with a character for a change. Very much WIP :)
Something something Flat colors are in for placeholders. *small edits to the helmet design, namely removing light on back and putting emblem badge in its' place, reduced number of LED eyelets to 3 from 5 in V formation, removed notches on forehead plate, changed nose nub to more round gentle curved transition.…

I hope this helps somebody :3 Higher res in my thread :- http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?t=117270&page=6

Hopefully working on some in-game females up next!

Toyota RAV4 for The Sims 3, I presented in November 2013. In game you may choose the car with covered and uncovered spare wheel, which is small but main feature. Also the right-sided steering wheel. I hadn't plan to render that so, just suddently I found myself I want the wallpaper with my car for the PC on my workplace.…
I recently got a position at the company I work at as a Junior Character artist and have been using zbrush every day for a good month now. The skill boost you get when you use it each day is pretty awesome; and I have a great mentor there too. Here's a personal piece I started working on, about 2 - 3 hours so far.
