So much good work in here it's unbelievable. A shameless crosspost from my newly created thread: http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?p=1846669 A small house from a Fable 3 concept, still very much WIP. Feedback always welcome.
Giving painting a bit of a go, some fun 3 to 4 am practice while I still have one day of holiday left, if you have any feedback it'd be appreciated, first real attempt at doing more than just a sketch.
That's awesome! I did an Icon of Sin boss character for an old DOOM 3 mod called Ruiner way back in the day. This is so awesome!! (Here's a link to the old mod and an image of my version: http://www.moddb.com/mods/ruiner/images/icon-if-sin)
Hey there Guys, Wondering, I got a 3 day pass for Pax Est (Boston) Unfortunatly I cannot attend to it and it would be a waste to not use that pass. So, anyone interested? Will give it away. Just please don't take it if you don't plan on going either ;)
This is the first time I'm doing a video tutorial sooooo ... I apologize for my bad english ( pardon my french ;) ) [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_yjt9VJKDXs"]CryEngine 3 - How to make a nice presentation of your model [PART 1] - YouTube[/ame]
future-fiction: Lovely composition! Sharing my latest wip. Still some stuff to do, replace beard, fix some kind of cloth / t-shirt so you cover that part of the skin and some texture and material tweaking. :) Real-time in CryEngine 3.
More Cheap renders of a quick-high poly practice whilst struggling with my main project, needed to do this just for a quick break from being stuck all the time :S Took 3-ish hours to model and almost 2+ hours to render it out >.>
hey man that's looking really nice. what's making the eyes look really weird right now is a couple of things: 1. no hemispheric shadow. 2. no eyelashes. 3. they look a little too open/intense. fix up those things and you'll be amazed by the difference.
This is based off an original concept from creature box http://creaturebox.com/ the fat guy took like 3 or 4 hours i have a timelapse that i will post at some point i guess haha if anyones got tips on rendering it would be great thanks
