Dota 2 has basically been confirmed as moving to Source 2 when the workshop alpha tools went live, then they had a blog post detailing their intentions going forward. http://blog.dota2.com/2014/12/future-changes-frostivus/

Vlad made "Polycount Guild" and I made "Polycount Workshop" and PolycountWorkshop" to reserve the names. Just good old "Polycount" was unavailable unfortunately. Valve mentioned that they were protecting some names, hopefully "Polycount" falls under that.
@Konras @The Horse Strangler Thanks guys, I guess it was just with inverting the green channel, I was not sure how the Dota 2 engine works, now the model looks great in-game, soon it will be on the workshop. Thanks a lot !! :)
Are your game settings to the max? It seems to be a bit of a problem with antialiaising. Also, try to downsize your texture maps (color, mask1, mask 2, normal) to the appropriate texture sizes as stated by valve on the workshop requirements website.
Cool. I'll update tonight. Little bummed to see the skin isn't super popular on the workshop. The voting stuff can be brutal but people think what they think. Will update my files and some store images tonight.
You probably missed skinning some specific vertices on your mesh to the skeleton, but at the same time, the files from the workshop website are sometimes bugged, so you may have to extract them from the in-game files.
