Ok, Elongated stock and removed trim, moved trigger, added a few details. Also increased size of micro details by at least 20%. -

Now you need a doorway or two, some trims... balcony? Make a bunch of props that you can make a complete building out of. -

Once it's not used in the layer stack / additional maps column you can go to file > clean and it'll trim off everything unused. -

Made a simple plaster texture, and mapped the planks texture to the beams and wooden trim for blockout purposes. Off to sculpt beams and the floor now.
