not a fan of the heels. and it's cleft chin. double chin is what you get when the fat under your jaw hangs lower than your chin. -

Nice start! I think the first 90% is great so far, but the last 10% is always the hardest. In your case, the eyes are making it look a bit too Asian, and the lighting is pretty harsh. The pursing of his lips is also an important feature to try to capture, as is the tendency for pale skin to be more pink in the extremities… -
