I wouldn't go so far as to say it's as dangerous as alcohol Long-term_effects_of_alcohol however it is easily abusable and does have some quite severe long term side effects. No kidding. I think this title thing is pretty relative anyway...and in some cases arbitrary. For a chunk of my career I was the only artist in the entire company.
