[KF2] - Skin Set - Street Punks

Norms Issues in 3Ds max 2012
Hey guys i started baking down a Weapon i made but i am having issues with the Norms on only 1 part of the weapon. here are the norms: And this is how it looks like when applied to the model. And Any ideas as to why this is happening? thanks will check the cage tonight and update if there are any changes -

This thing has pretty weird proportions. Is it supposed to be a one handed hatchet style weapon, or a full sized scythe? If it's a full sized scythe, how does one hold, swing, block, jab with it? This carefully about how the weapon is employed, and then tweak its proportions to suit that. -

If you feel your weapon is too boring, try breaking the symmetry. But to be honest I don't think you have to do that, just try broadening and shortening the blade a little. It's is very pointy and long - compared to the original weapon one could say it's too extreme. -

Some weapons I did based on the Warcraft style! I had a little fun trying to use succulent bulbs as the magical source for each weapon. Each one represents a different class in the game. Can you guess which one is which? =) -

the concept is good, but you need to have some kind of curvature for the hand to fit into or the weapon will slide when shot and it will be uncomfortable to shoot. It does need this somehow too since you can see the weapon is designed for recoil with the way the buttstock and bolt is designed.
