Some progress has been made. Small,but it's progress. Modeled the sword in 3ds max, did some things to the chair and figured out how to attach the legs to the hips. -

I just noticed that the taskbar items can now be progress bars as well. I was copying a file over the network and it was taking a bit and showed as a progress bar in the taskbar. -

It would help to state the purpose for your survey, at the start of the survey. I get it's to help you write your thesis, but is your thesis going to be creating a new tool? It would also help to state where you'll be sharing the tool when completed, and maybe a link to a social site where you'll be sharing your progress… -
