another point would be those fucking soft alpha, sorting is always an issue and will be as long as it's calculated the way it is right now

Love the sculpt work you did!! Well done ;) Just the leather patttern in the chair is too "blocky". I'd do it lot more soft.

Yep! This! Would be awesome to get an AO tool that takes in considereation the normal map so we can get them nice soft edges

Hmm I just noticed. Did you use a soft alpha for the grass/foliage? The edges look sort of jagged. Maybe it's the image compression?
