Try deleting your Photoshop preferences folder and then relaunching Photoshop. That should clear up the shape trouble - and should also resolve issues with text as well. -

yeah I cant find any png file format related files in my cs5 folder but there is the save for web plugin but I cant replace that :( -

You need to host the images on another site and use the img code to link them like that. I upload mine to a public folder on my dropbox. -
