How do you move an item in a array in MEL ? move $bballArray[0] -y 20; From what I recall I don't have to set string, int, with Python, when I begin to learn Python soon, it's a tad annoying; atleast with JS it's smart, it knows when it's a int or string.
it's irrelevant. You just need to make a black box and 2 lamps in X and Y direction for normals . Then you could capture leaves or grass plants you have picked with a phone camera or any you already have .
I like the axe-y look it has, the shape blends very well, but it's a bit too large. Maybe you could make a test with it a bit smaller? Also, had an idea for a headpiece for Tusk. May be posting soon.
This, meant to mention this in my post. If it is "global illumination" it is a hack-y one at best, as juniez mentioned... The ground and surrounding objects receive no bounce light, and the overall car itself seems to not be affected other than the screen space reflections.
Wanted to practice skin texturing so I made a Salarian-y alien bust (got mass effect on my mind lately XD ) and tried out my XYZ alphas. Those alphas are a really great buy.
someone probably already mentioned it, but y.a.v.n.e. is the best addon to manage vertex normal so far (in blender) https://blenderartists.org/forum/showthread.php?393179-Addon-Yet-Another-Vertex-Normal-Editor-(Y-A-V-N-E-)
yea could you post the textures, normal, diff etc ? :P looks good tho, just fix the spec a bit, maybe get some real reference materal for the diff, graffiti looks good tho (Y)
I had that same problem with a mesh I was working on. A workaround is to use the X Y or Z offsets. At least, that worked for me. It didn't get rid of the seams, it just moved them so they weren't anywhere on my mesh.
I want you to learn where the 'y' and 'o' buttons are on your keyboard as well as how to hit the shift key and 'i' at the same time. But that's unlikely so just go make us a ninja pirate. Domo arrrrrrrigato.
awesome work pior, it is an unmistakeable likeness so far, but with a touch of pior-sauce here's Sorlag somewhat recast as more Skeksis-like, generally more cowardly but with less of a tiny dinosaur head and more lizard-y overall:
