just cos i was curious that'll fix the pixel size of your pattern to 256x256 regardless of the size of the fx-map node (which is in the node named substance _graph and inherits it's size from parent) the float2(8,8) is just the log2 size you want the pattern to be at so 10,10 would give you 1024*1024 etc there's no way to… -

Hey, try using the Enlighten Lightmapper setting utilizing the directional mode. On baked lights try turning the light mode to MIxed and submode to Shadowmask. I doubt you will then need as large a lightmap size. You may also be able to keep progressive Lightmapper and get those settings but I haven't tested. Side note:… -

Maybe we are talking past one another. Are you speaking about this? "IK_l_arm_elbow_control". Thats only being used as a swivel goal. A couple of things, delete all nodes relating to the stereo camera plugin, (stereoRigTransform and stereoRigFrustrum) and any camers rigs you can see, unload the plugin, and save. Or after deleting these nodes, save as an ascii, then delete the line 'requires "stereoCamera" "10.0";' . Take cover as sometimes maya can crash… -

Maya creates certain nodes at the creation of a scene that it uses as defaults. I'm not sure why you can't delete them I'm guessing because maya uses them as a fall back in case something goes wrong or missing.
