I agree with building a stash of reference for yourself, I worked on a AAA racing game that has just come out and there is the same reference texture of metal beams used 3 times on 3 diffent textures for 3 different bridges in the same game! PG278Q is the TN version. Then they lie with the discount, as its always that price. With the 9 at the end is the IPS version. I have 2x the IPS one and its great. After the 2008 market crash, I'm hesitant to say stable careers exists. With the rise of taxes, property costs etc, employers (in all industries) are just not taking risks in who they hire. They just want to cut costs at every corner so that means hiring people with enough skills hoping that they don't demand more money.… -

the cylinder's chambers are pretty much done. the edges aren't completely circular, but it looks like the chambers themselves are. since the smith and wesson 500 is a 5-shot revolver (as snowfly shows in his screenshot), i have a pentagon in the center instead of a hexagon. because of this, i have to have tri caps instead… -

After the chains. the nuts and bolts are probably consuming the most vertices for the least visual benefit. Depending upon the in-game size and perspective, you can probably eliminate the ones on the base, allowing the normal map to show them. The bolts under edge can probably be eliminated entirely without many people…
