Looking good so far. The sprocket however, has 15 teeth, your sprocket has 16 at the moment. As for the wheels, looking at this picture http://miliblog.co.uk/wp-content/gallery/museumvisits-staffsregt-april-2009/iraqi-mtlb.jpg I would suggest you to smooth more those grooves in the wheels. Keep it up!
I dunno. It's entertaining and all, but it doesn't amount to much more than "You can reach your goals, I'm living proof. Beefcake!" I guess there's only so much you can do with a 15 minute talk, but I would have liked something a little more.. practical I guess.
Rust and Garry's Mod developer Garry Newman chimes in on his blog... supposedly garnering some media attention: http://garry.tv/2014/09/15/selling-out/ more coverage and discussion of Garry's Mod developer Garry Newman's Blog enty @ Gamasutra as well:…
I've set 3 this year. 1. Gain 15 pounds. (I'm a skinny Dude and lose weight just thinking about it. Set a goal to gain 10 last year and made it.) 2. Fill out two large sketchbooks. 3. Finish the first chapter of a game project I've been kicking around.
Everything is baked into lightmaps in my scene...? I have zero dynamic lights in that. While I'm not 100% sure on the lighting limitation of Unreal, I'd figure if it's all getting baked, one light affecting the lightmap texture is the same as 10? It might take longer to bake, but this scene maybe took 15 mins or so.
improve work speed or concentration? i like keeping a checklist of tasks to take care and give myself a cut off time, so as not to spend too much time fiddling around with unimportant details take 10-15 minute breaks. gotta lose time to make time and, shut off the internet connection
Another release, another piss poor performance on my machine. 20k mesh and it navigates at about 15 frames a second, even less when the workspace is in quad view. I can load a 800k mesh into Maya no problem, so it can't be my hardware. I wish they'd take such issues more seriously.
see, i would learn them all. but im only 15 (almost 16) and i cant afford to buy a copy of each one... i won max 2009 in a competiton and ive used Maya b4 but just on my friends comp. (crackjoe if ur reading this, that friend is anthony (the other annoying intern))
I have a bigass Alieanware 15 inch from work, because I need to teach classes in different rooms all the time. I never use it at home though, my 3yr old desktop still beats it. I wouldn't recommend the Alienware btw, has a few flaws that are inexcusable for its price.
Try dowloading this. On mine if I play it back repeatedly it will always stutter at least once in different places each playback. Hopefully its just my stupid computer and it'll work fine on everyone elses (crosses fingers) My CPU usage is about 15% by the way, so I don't think that's the problem.
