I tried the low-poly rounded edges technique for the metal parts of the handles. I think it resulted in cleaner bake. Polycount is really high for a prop like this, 1200 tris. But, that's not my focus at the moment. -

poopipe left out one major factor though. I don't recall the technical term but every bullet has certain flight characteristics that will not only effect when and and at what rate it will drop, but also how much it may rise.
