I helped a guy in my devteam to clean up his uvmap for this pillar I don't think you will make that much out of it but, yeah, I want to post stuff and this is what I'm working on... :) I'm nervous for some unknown reason, maybe I need some sleep... :poly142:
My 'smartphone' keeps crashing. Which I'm sure is very safe in the case of an emergency. Haha gsokol and Ryswick I am permanently tapping pockets for my keys phone and wallet! I thought it was some kind of nervous tick I had, good to hear its kinda common.
But why would you think it all has to be that complex? The cartoon example is great. Cartoon characters have a sense of weight and balance ... yet I dont think any cartoon animator or inbetweener wastes time drawing accurate skeleton structures, muscle overlays, nervous systems or skin layers.
Thanks for the response guys, yeah I just remade the model and texture sheet without the alpha channel. I was well below the poly limit for the test, so I was ok there. Now I'm just nervous they may think I'm not sure how to take advantage of the alpha channel capabilities.
if you're a prop artist? This is still a very weak point for me that doesn't seem to be getting better. I assume if you're an environment artist you'll need to be well versed with creating shaders. I'm just nervous that this is a criteria that I won't be able to meet. Anyone else have anxieties or knowledge about mine?
Hi guys, decided to do Riven's Arcade skin! my goal here is to try and match zeronis's conceptart as close as I can. everyone's work is soo good so im kinda nervous she has no clothes on atm so a bit nsfw

Hi, I've just recently finished a character sculpt as part of my minor project in college. I'd love some feedback outside of college. The context around the character is: - Failed experiment - 11 year old boy - Has just awoken after a month inside his test tube/vat thing and broke out. - Nervous/Confused. Character Thanks.
Hey everyone, Since I'm a big fan of RDR, I thought I would do a western cowboy type shot. This will have more nuanced character acting with some cam cuts. Pretty nervous and excited at the same time. Here is my storyboard, going to shoot some reference tomorrow (I'm a terrible actor). Will post a blocking soon.…
Again, many schools of thought. I've seen a lot of stuff lately and that says training to failure is actually pretty counter productive. Current thinking is you train until there's maybe one left in the tank. That way you recover faster and you don't burn out your nervous system. It's not about the failure, it's about…
Nervous. That feeling wore off after the first milestone. After that I just realized I was building computer software that had immense emotional appeal. I wouldn't trade it for anything. You have reached the pinnacle in software development (except making supercomputers). Everyone seems to look at gaming for where the next…
