My current project, "Raven Order". I played a lot of Darkest Dungeon lately and felt in love with the style of the game, so I decided to give a try on a Gothic design. Feel free to comment !
Yeah, I've got a few images saved, but they didn't really do all that much with the room either. So I figure I'll get plenty more references of gothic cathedrals and churches and the like.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iYRPvz-LV-k when the well of camp comics being turned into gothic serious movies dries up, maybe someone could look into revamping old popster
Totally agree dude. Kickass movie. I loved the gothic, dark atmosphere of the entire movie. When I saw it, I was a little younger, and strangley I was kind of scared by some of the scenes. It's a really good mature movie.
She do have different proportions in different games, she even have different clouths sometimes. And it's not even the uber original I'm going for, notice she has a belt with a buckle? I'm doing a gothic version of her.
Thank you davidosterlind, I put that environment on hold to learn maya as i thought it was more important and making a Gothic church in maya, posting progress on statue sill need to work on the face hands and feet
Just played demo on PS3 Wow. Can't wait to play full version. I love the atmosphere of the game. Just like the old gothic horrors, not slashers like we see now. This is going to be a great game.
I really hope there isn't a 'genre' theme. The nice thing about dom war was you could do fantasy, sci fi, steampunk, gothic - basically whatever the hell you wanted. I'd much rather have a vauge brief.
Made a crossbow and some maces, one in gothic style and one in much later medieval style, learned quite a bit about welding things, slowly getting faster at this, but loads to learn, comment and critique more than appreciated!
Dude, this is looking awesome. Great work so far, I look forward to seeing more! I don't know if it makes sense for candles to be sitting on the ground in a graveyard, but some gothic style lanterns could be really cool.
