This is amazing, and exactly what I'm trying to do. Model in 3ds Max, paint in Quixel and set up in UE4. Unfortunately, Quixel is a bit confusing with everything that's need. All the baking and whathaveyou. Did you bake most of your textures using a normal then edited it with n2o/ddo?
Just finished up my first project using Toolbag 3. I'm happy with how it turned out and loved using TB3's bake settings to create my NRM and AO maps. More images and the 3D Viewer on my artstation: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/qbndN

Hey guys! I'd just like to share a 3D model I've been working on for school and get some critiques and feedback on how I can improve! This is a dinosaur sculpted and painted in Mudbox. It's a work in progress so I haven't got to sculpting the hands and feet to a finished standard yet.
WWII style Soviet Quadruped Boom Boom for 3D print toy. designed with articulating leg joints, main turret traverse and gun elevation; interchangeable chassis, turret, main gun, and legs when I make more. planning to do this one up like the baserunner before. model
I've recently been working on my 3D modeling. Here are a couple in progress renders from Maya. I used a tutorial on how to set up a decent scene to render with Mental Ray from Polycount! This is a mech modeled from the game Irkalla, an indie pixel art game that is not yet released.
Update on my weapon, thread here -> http://polycount.com/discussion/171105/3d-concept-the-communist-rifle#latest Blocked out most of the smaller shapes and added the straps/bipod. Also altered the design a bit. Let me know what you guys think  ArtStation : mischavanandel1.artstation.com
I finally finished this weapon. I'm pretty happy with the result and I learned a lot in the process which is really important for a student like me. I used 3DS Max Substance Painter and Photoshop to create some Alphas. Hope you guys like it. Artstation: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/DNm1A
I wanted to study something new and completely out of my comfort zone. It was a nightmare trying to get the body and the head to work, a lot of the time it just came out creepy.. I underestimated how hard it was to bring a 2D character into 3D space, especially to make it artistically pleasing. Artstation Cheers, Mike
Quick free hand project I did overnight that took heavy inspiration from old PS2 and PS1 horror games. I focused on trying to fit as much detail into the low res texture in the time I gave myself. more images and 3D viewer on my artstation: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/o8Goq
