Base colors in from tonight's stream. Need to add variation and some more separation before flattening my layers and doing a final paint pass. Probably 30% to completion w/ colors. Not sold on the hair color yet, need to tone down those bright ass toe plates... :)
Its intimidating posting right now with all you posting up your awesome comicon challenge characters. Great job guys! I've been working on a hand painted lumberjack character. Going to call the head finished... unless someone sees a way to improve it which is always welcome.

Finally got all the Saltwater Fish Modules Painted .Man that took a while . You can see al the modules at http://mzpstudios.blogspot.com/p/saltwater-fish.html Most of them have more than 3 textures .So between 25 modules I can generate a ton of fish .

@TheVeryWhiteGuy hey that looks really good!! Vray has a car paint shader, you could start there. My own recomendation about vray, do not change any parameter until you're absolutely sure of what they do. You could make your render take way too much time
some sculpts from life (which did not entirely suck) i did at the THU workshop in portugal, the left one is Yangtian Li who posed for the portrait paint session of Jana Schirmer, the other is supposed to be her husband Mathias Verhasselt, which i sculpted why he was doing his talk.

Thanks for the paintover Geti! I was thinking I would do either dirt or moss, maybe I can do both if I vert paint the moss, and then use a decal to help blend it into the ground. Thanks Makkon, I don't have a thread yet, I should start one up soon though...
