Fixed up the stone fence, also sculpted a tilling texture/geometry to use for most of the stone walls. For the roof I sculpted and textured a couple roof tiles in 3D Coat and then built a few modular pieces using those tiles in blender.
Most of the assets for big name games are built using one of a few large outsource studios that are capable of providing hundreds of staff for a project. internally the number will be much smaller. Turnaround time for an average set of modular props will be anywhere between a week and a month.

Reworked the pillar top and bottom some more, added a few splits and removed the blue color from the large tiles. Started to built a few more modular pieces using the trim sheet. However, I think I need another texture for the floor and ceiling as well as the walls.
Yeah you are right. I just meant that all these .tiff ->dds , i_caf -> caf , .cry . skin. chr. things only to get a single model in engine are built around the idea of using own formats to reduce size and creating modularity to increase performance and options. But is this fact being told to you ? Nope :)
