PC Gamer has completely disappointed me, the reviewer just didn't have the time invested to explore all aspects of the game and adapt to certain skills and weapons. Hmm our weapons modeler takes around a week for a hipoly gun i think, depending of its complexity. It's the same guy that did the UT series guns. Left to model are the rear drive, Part of the visible chassis, a few rear bits, the sweepers and maybe a couple of surprises. I also beefed up the fuel lines and the fuel pressure gauge, I think they read better. Looking forward to the weekend. -

You could simply apply the source photo to a plane, cut in the the needed topology using the Knife tool and leveraging Preserve UVs on/off ("Correct Face Atttributes" in Blender) to match details ; removing the background ; then straightening things as needed.
