Unfold tool isn't working as intended because Autodesk has Max on lifesupport rather than developement. So old broken features like this get shoved aside. Maybe because Autodesk doesn't public trial setups of 64 bit versions? My company purchased a License but it was a pain in the ass at first to get my hands on a 64 bit setup download, their downloads even have a expiry date if you buy it, so its up to you to download everything you can get your hands on, even if it means… -

Check your FBX export settings in Maya first of all obviously. I know with 3dsMax 2009, I had to download the latest FBX exporter from the Autodesk website to get it working right. For your second error, check how your second UV set looks, it's just a warning though, you can ignore it if you're not planning on baking… -

The biggest issue i have with 3ds max 2016 SP 3 so far is the UV relax tools (edge and polygon angles). Unlike autodesk's software upgrades.The program seems smoother now, better refined, and I like some of the new shaders, makes me feel like I'm sculpting in Plasticine or Super sculpey, haha.
