Bass i've done using only Substance Designer. All textures are procedural except the fender logo on the headstock. currently stands at a little more than 8500 triangles and should stay there.
This is a high poly version, i will be making a low poly as well. as for the texture I used a wrapper from, a actual drink, fort now all i changed is the name and some logos.
Hmm can't decide to go for a louder color scheme with more accents or something more "realistic".. Any ideas compared with last post? On a side note, logos are getting put in now.
his head is too big and the quality of the pic sucks. Are you going to clean it up? Heh! Well glad to see you start one of these. looking forward to seeing more. - BoBo
I remeber Bobo had a way to do it after seeing the Conker Cover of some game mag: http://www.bobotheseal.com/temp/WIP/bunny_head.jpg I forgot how it's done though..
the stripes in the last thumbnail are a shining example of what Vig pointed out. The logo, as well as that faded bit in the center of the top set of lines stands way out when the tile repeats
hm... I like the color My next "run around town" car: http://www.smartusa.com/smart-fortwo-cabriolet.aspx I fell in love with these things on my Germany trip. - BoBo
Little Diversion from hand painting https://dl.dropbox.com/u/3911509/Sequence%2002.mov It's a project for school where we had to design and animate a 5-10 second logo
I just want to echo FAT_CAP, Paul Bonner's book is amazing. J. C. Leyendecker is a must have too. http://budsartbooks.com/prod.cfm/pc/JCLH/cid/2 - BoBo
great detailing may be going a bit overboard with those circular flare-like medallions... i'm guessing it's some kind of logo for his clan or organization? maybe an accidental instance? :p
