Played it for about 2 hours so far, I really like the look of it (it looks better when you play in it than when you watch videos of it :p ) I picked the vanquisher, it feels really cool spamming that bouncy arrow skill :D I'm sad that theres no customizable hotkeys :( I hate 1-0 hotkeys (well, 1-4 is ok, but 5-0 its not so…
hi man, that pic looks something like what I got when I left the settings on 'use all other meshes' in the source meshes. You probably set up the source objects though so we're looking at a different problem :/ what about, using a custom attribute to discount the low poly mesh from the ao calculation? I don't have maya on…
90% of character sculpting is done with like 3 brushes. Move, clay, damstandard, or similar variations of these. 90% of the sculpt is done with <100k points in zbrush and mostly just making minor tugs and tucks with the move brush. This is where most beginners fail, and even as a slightly beyond the basics beginner it is…
" Same scene looks perfect in path tracing render probably but typical on-line rasterized render makes it look sort of dry and "uncanny" art style wise. I long tried to find what it resembles to me till randomly find a well known "rainbow" portrait of Elizabeth 1. Full of tiny details done with perfectly same attention in…
You could try recording an action. Make 4 copies of the layer and move them diagonally. 1 upper left. 1 upper right. Lower left. Lower right. merge layers. Selection from original layer. Invert selection. Delete. Note that i do not have photoshop open to test this. But this would probably be the method i would try first.

Hey Thane, We don't support SUITE 1.X - all download links have been removed. The old materials from 1.X are not compatible with 2.X. The Legacy materials included with SUITE 2.X have been converted over to the new material code format, but may need additional tweaking to get the results you desire.
Hi Giles, Your sculpt is looking pretty good, especially for your first attempt! I think you can learn allot from Digital Tutors's "Creative Development" series since they focus mostly on detailed monsters/creatures. http://www.digitaltutors.com/11/training.php?pid=823&autoplay=1…
I would say I'm in a hybrid right now. We have Core hours : 1:30-5:00 and we work 8 hours so you could come in from 8-5 or 1:30-9:30 if you'd like. Its nice because it's really flexible and allows you to take care of personal things if you need to.
This is the main reference I'm using, the bottom right one probably being the most influential. I'm not really trying to recreate 1:1 but just take inspiration from these and find parts i like and want to include. I have a whole pure ref file with like 60 images of all the different components that im referring to when…
