Ok, so I solved my problem rather quickly, marmoset apparently doesn't like .psd files, .tga worked just fine. Hope this can help someone in the future.
Thanks Bartalon, Yet this solution doesn't work very quickly, how do you select a few objects then hide everything else? You inverting your selection every time?

Put a few holes in the roof and quickly put a texture on, considering changing the whole fthing now though ^^. Possibly much smaller sections of roof plates over lapping each other

Well, that "stone" texture looks like bunch of elipse shapes in PhotoShop with "bevel/emboss" and "outer shadow" layer effect. Therefore normally it is very quickly done without baking anything.
Okay, did this quickly to show how I'd go about it. Technically there is some slight warping on a few faces, but nothing noticable. Sorry for the crappy image too :P Hope it helps!
Played with that a bit lastnight. I love the one window that when its opened it has the noise from the people that you can shuttup by quickly closing the window. Made me chuckle.
