Always lagging or just when moving the mouse to do anything? Try playing out a simple animation, like a cube sliding across the screen. -

in the final, it looks like he slides after being kicked off more than he should. doesn't do that in the "story reel" version. -

Each time you will fire with this gun, that flashlight will fall down because of the Slide part. Usually, flashlight are joint to the "static" body of the gun. :p But nice model ! -

Well to be fair, I doubt they're marketing it to consumers. One of the slides in the video running at the booth said something to the effect of "coming to over 100 malls nationwide" -

uncheck any boxes in the transform constraints marking menu Looks like you have edge slide enabled. resetting the tool should take care of that though. -

Still trying to understand everything. Crazy UI configurations abilities. You slide everything everywhere etc. For the most part just chatting with some friends and experimenting.
