Damn this is a though crowd to get some response from :P Next on the list is designing the main character and trying to get it animated. I will probably go for sprite sheet animations for this.
This is great level design practice. I like the direction its takeing with the mood too. The more you can get away from the monotone brown the better i think.
The texture on the bike really drags the otherwise awesome highpoly down. It's a lot of flat colors and drowns out all the nice detail you have there. You're applying to game studios?
These are a couple more renders. One is a close up of the M2 Browning machine gun and its mount along with the track that raises and lowers the gun. The other is shot of the rear of the semi truck.
You really need to get some reflections on that and work on the material definitions, the brown metal isn't working right now. You need to play around with the specularity a lot more.
if greenwich is less crowded than covent garden on a saturday then I think it could be a great idea...do they have a park nearby we can lounge about in if its sunny?
that's looking lush and thus proves that substance has a place within the handpainted artworld! I'm actually really enjoying the bright colours... it makes a change from grey and brown aha
ya i think green is a little out already, if green change to other maybe like brown or yellow pallet i think will more matching, but might be lose the contrast....
