Really reminded me of the Samaritan demo, minus the future setting and transformation. Wet, fancy lights, particals, shadows, ect. Nice blurs and lense flares.
You can use the transform type-in at the bottom of the viewport (either absolute or offset mode), if you're in uniform scale mode, simply pull on the first slider.
I believe if you take a 0,0,1 scalar and put it into a vector transform, tangent to view, it will do that. From my basic test the blue is negative though.
Narrow perspective FOV doesn't actually work in newer maya versions because of modeling toolkit. It's transform gizmo gets blown up to the whole sreen.
I tried to freeze all the transformation, and at first it seemed to work. But then I tried to animate and well... It seems to stretch right to where the original shape was placed.
